THE POPPIES OF TUSCANY 39.5x19.5Acrylic on Canvas 
November 11, 2014 FOR SALE $150.00 Given that today is Remembrance Day and the wearing of poppies is predominant, I wanted to paint something with that little red flower we know so well. I remembered the hillsides in Tuscany, covered with poppies, blowing in the breeze, just as "In Flanders Field". Here is my depiction of the scenes I recall.
