January 2024 FOR SALE $300.00 (with frame) One of my favourite books is The Giver by Lois Lowry. It's about a dystopian society in which everything was in monotone, black and white. One day the boy in the story catches a glimpse of a red apple! What! From there his world began to change. This is what I thought of when I was doing this painting.
